Allan Bailey Group LLC Represents Buyer in Purchase of Three DFW Office Buildings Totaling Over 100,000 Square Feet
DALLAS (September 3, 2015) – The Allan Bailey Group LLC (ABG) acquired 4200 & 4304 Airport Freeway (Fort Worth, TX) 221 Bedford (Bedford, TX) and 3600 William D Tate (Grapevine, TX), totaling just under $8 million, on behalf of VMW Investments.
“This is one of the larger aggregated acquisitions done by our rapidly expanding Dallas office and it was imperative for our client that two of the acquisitions be completed in less than five months,” said John Bailey, President of the Allan Bailey Group, LLC. “We’re proud to successfully accomplish our client’s objectives despite record low inventory of available buildings for sale which translated to extremely high demand in the DFW area. 4200 & 4304 Airport Freeway are now 100% leased and the latest 20,000 sq. ft. acquisition of 3600 William D Tate, a class A medical office building, just closed and is fully occupied.”
