Our Leadership Team
John Bailey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where he developed a passion for commercial real estate at an early age. Bailey studied business at Northwood University and Babson College.
In 2004, Bailey joined Options Real Estate, a local real estate development and landlord brokerage firm in southern Dallas. He was responsible for selling and leasing Option’s portfolio of over five million square feet of retail, office, land and industrial properties. He later joined Mohr Partners, a global corporate real estate advisory firm, where he provided corporate real estate portfolio transaction services for clients around the world.
In 2008, during the worst recession since the great depression, Bailey founded The Allan Bailey Group, LLC. He has transformed the company into the one of the leading certified minority-owned owned and operated tenant representation firms in the country. Bailey has successfully negotiated over 600 commercial real estate transactions in his 15 years in the real estate industry.
In 2011, Bailey was named top tenant rep broker of the year by Hartman Income REIT. Mr. Bailey is an alumni of the 2017 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and was recently showcased as a local Dallas developer on Shark Tank Grow South. A partnership between Mark Cuban, Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlins and The Real Estate Council (TREC) to bring visibility to southern sector redevelopment and enhance local low-income communities.
Mr. Bailey devotes a significant amount of time to providing exposure and mentorship to low-income communities within Southern Dallas. Mr. Bailey is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Licensed Realtor and member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Mr. Bailey is also a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Southern Sector Task Force, the Greater Dallas Planning Council’s Innovative Communities Task Force and The Real Estate Council (TREC).
Victor Williams Jr. is Vice President at the Allan Bailey Group. Victor has spent over 14 years in the real estate business and has developed a tremendous passion for the industry.
Prior to joining ABG, Victor held progressive levels of leadership roles in the food and beverage industry.
Victor is a native of Detroit, Michigan and graduated with an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University. He received his BA in Supply Chain Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
He is also an Adjunct Professor with the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified.
LaMar Jones is a Business Development Manager with the Allan Bailey Group specializing in tenant representation. He is looking to make an impact on the social environment through real estate. LaMar serves as a member of the Dallas Association of Realists, Partner at Social Venture Partners Dallas, and Community Outreach Chair of DFW-Urban League Young Professionals. He is looking to spread financial literacy and real estate education throughout the metroplex. LaMar looks forward to working with each client individually and taking the time to understand their unique lifestyles, needs and wishes.
Terri L. Quinton is the Chief Marketing Officer for Allan Bailey Group. In this position, she is in charge of the overall marketing and public relations strategy and execution of the company’s marketing plan. This includes both digital presence, traditional marketing and public relations. Quinton is focused upon areas to help the company accelerate growth while maintaining their brand and image with clients and potential clients.
Quinton founded Q2 Marketing Group, a marketing and strategic support firm assisting small and medium sized businesses identify, sell and manage their companies for accelerated growth.
Quinton was the first female elected to chair the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) Minority Business Enterprises Input Committee (MBEIC) representing over 17,500 minority owned businesses and 1,000,000 employees nationwide. She remains a board member of NMSDC and works to enhance the image and direction of minority business inclusion in supply chains. Quinton has received numerous honors for her work with minority businesses and serves on several nonprofit boards including the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women’s Business Council – Southwest.
Quinton, originally from Topeka, Kansas, has a Computer Science degree from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. She graduated from the executive management programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business Advance Management Educational Program and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
Nia Wilson is the Research Analyst for Allan Bailey Group. She is responsible for researching real estate trends and statistics in order to help ABG make the best recommendations to its clients about their real estate portfolio. This includes property market research, economic trends, the capital market, etc.
Prior to joining ABG, Wilson was a Lead Expert with Uber. In that role she interacted with Uber partners, maintained partner relationships and helped to on-board new Uber partners. Wilson also worked for the DDOT in DC where she handled promotion and branding for the H-Street and Benning Road line. This involved working with businesses and residents in the area.
Wilson is a graduate of Howard University with a Communications and Media degree.
Arthur James serves as the Executive Dean of both the North Campus in Coppell and the South Campus in South Irving for North Lake College.
Arthur James received his informal education in the Dallas Public Schools, graduating from Skyline High School. He is also a graduate of The University of North Texas and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of North Texas for his continued commitment to education. Mr. James also earned his master’s degree from Texas Tech University in May of 2005. In addition to serving on ABG’s board, he has served on the board of directors for the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, The Grand Prairie Boys & Girls Club, Impact Grand Prairie, The Hospitality Educators Association of Texas Board, Skyline High School’s Hospitality Advisory Board and various other volunteer organizations. He currently serves as a board member of The Coppell Chamber of Commerce, and as an Executive Board member of The National Association of Branch Campus Administrators.
Clifton Miller is Managing Principal of Cemetrics, a multi-disciplined management consulting firm enabling clients in transforming or re-engineering selected processes and behaviors to align with targeted business objectives and current and emerging operating realities. He provides pro bono consulting to public officials at the municipal, state and federal levels; and to Minority and Women’s Business Advocacy organizations.
Prior to founding Cemetrics, Clifton spent 30 years with Fortune 50 firms. He developed and implemented GTE’s enterprise-wide Supplier Diversity Initiative across 5 business units. In 2001, he retired at age 50 to become an entrepreneur.
Clifton holds BA degrees in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. He is Graduate of Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College Advanced Minority Business Executive Program.

Adrian is a public finance and public law attorney.
In public finance matters, he serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters counsel for revenue and/or general obligation bonds for cities, counties, school districts, state agencies, university systems, transit authorities and special districts.
In public law matters, Adrian represents political subdivisions as general counsel, advising with respect to numerous issues, including development, procurement, elections, compliance, the Open Meetings Act and the Public Information Act.

T. Dallas Smith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at T. Dallas Smith & Company. He leads all new business development initiatives. His role includes overseeing all brokerage affairs related to the company and
providing chief liaison services to key clients.
Dallas began his commercial real estate career in 1982 at Atlanta Air Center Realty under the guidance of Thomas W. Tift as leasing and management representative for the portfolio. In 1989, Dallas became the first African-American broker at Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia where his affiliation with the company opened doors for many minority brokers. In 1995, he pioneered the brokerage division for H.J. Russell & Company, an African-American owned construction and management firm, where he served as VP of the Brokerage Division. Dallas led the company initiative of acquiring 40 parcels of real estate, a full city block in the intercity of Atlanta resulting in a mixture of office, retail and multifamily developments now valued at over $20 million.
In 2006, with the blessing of the late H. J. Russell, Dallas opened T. Dallas Smith & Company, specializing in tenant representation. T. Dallas Smith & Company has led projects across the country with metrics exceeding more than seven million square feet of commercial property leasing and acquisitions and more than five thousand acres of land purchases. Since its inception, the team has grown exponentially successfully leading transactions totaling over $15 billion in aggregate value. Dallas is an innovator and thought leader in the commercial real estate
community and is intentional about cultivating and developing diverse talent to help shape the commercial real estate industry.
He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Among his many memberships, honors and awards are Georgia State University Foundation Board – Chair of the Real Estate
Committee, Council for Quality Growth – Board Member, Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS-Board Member. He has been awarded as Atlanta’s Most Admired CEO (2017), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Realtor of the Year (2018) and Empire Board of Realtists Broker of the Year (2018).
Dexter oversees the day-to-day operations at T. Dallas Smith & Company including all internal controls and regulatory compliance.
During his 30+ plus year career, Dexter has served in a variety of management and investing roles with top-tier companies such as Equitable Real Estate, Lend Lease, and with Morgan Stanley as an executive director and portfolio manager. He is a trusted advisor, strategically supporting major institutional real estate owners in achieving investment objectives in major markets across the country exceeding $8 billion in value. Dexter’s expertise includes urban and suburban office buildings; regional malls, power, lifestyle and neighborhood retail
centers; multifamily communities; industrial warehouses/fulfillment centers; luxury resort hotels, and senior housing communities.
Dexter is civically active with notable organizations including the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, CoreNet
Global, Empire Board of Realtists Commercial Real Estate Council and the Atlanta Business League. Dexter is a
graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate.
Dexter’s list of memberships, honors and awards is far-reaching and continues to grow. He is the Chairman of the Board for the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau. Additionally he serves on the Metro Atlanta Chamber and the Georgia State University’s Honorary Real Estate Council. He is a past Board Chair for Leadership Atlanta and is a
Certied Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
